Gregorian Studio in Rome
The Gregorian Studio is located in the Pontifical Oriental Institute and administered by the Pontifical Gregorian University.
The studio exists to empower content creators in producing mission-aligned content, directly supporting the Church's education and evangelization efforts.

Studio Equipment
Our studio offers a professional environment equipped with three cinematic 4K cameras, a full green screen, comprehensive lighting, and pristine audio gear.
It's perfectly set up for livestreams and can comfortably accommodate up to four people around a table, with Wi-Fi available.
The space is also adapted to offer the possibility for “stand ups“ individual stand alone pieces filmed where one can offer an update, a homily, lecture, tutorial, or news plug.
Included Services and Optional Add-ons
All base rental rates include:
- Dedicated studio space with optimized acoustics for recording.
- Access to the 3 cinematic 4K cameras.
- A comprehensive lighting package, suitable for professional interviews and podcast recordings.
- Full functionality of the green screen backdrop.
- Integrated livestreaming setup, including connectivity to online and social media platforms.
- Professional audio recording equipment, including microphones and a mixer configured for 4 participants.
- High-speed Wi-Fi connectivity.
Optional Add-on Services (Available at additional cost):
- Dedicated Studio Technician / Operator: For assistance with operating the 4K cameras, green screen, and livestreaming setup. (e.g., €50-€100/hour)
- Post-Production / Editing Services: Basic editing services or partnership with external specialists.
- Specialized Equipment Rental: For specific needs beyond the standard setup (e.g., advanced lenses, teleprompter).
- Out-of-Hours / Weekend / Holiday Use Surcharges: Applied for bookings outside standard operating hours (e.g., 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday).
- Set Design / Props: For customized production environments.

If your organization can't afford our studio but believes its use would benefit the Church, you can apply to use it for free.
How the Petition Process Works
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a waived fee, applicants must attest to the following:
- Catholic Affiliation: You are a Catholic organization (e.g., a recognized diocese, religious order, Vatican dicastery, or official Catholic non-profit organization) or a mission-driven organization clearly serving the Church.
- Financial Need: You confirm that your organization does not have the budget to pay the standard rental rates for the studio.
